This week’s meet at Charnwood Playing Fields- Saturday 15 February
This week’s set up roster is U7 from 7.30am. Please assist if you can to ensure that we are ready to start on time. Reply to this email if you can assist.
This week is hurdles week, Week 3. http://ginninderraathletics.com.au/week-1/
Start times- 8.45am for Tiny Tots, u6-u9 and Junior Coaches
10am for U10 and up including 18+ and community.
There is no Charnwood meet on the 22nd February due to the Underage Championships that weekend.
Club Training at Charnwood Playing Fields
Brian’s bunch, with Brian Daly, meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 4.30 to 5.30pm. This squad focusses on distance training.
Steve is not able to continue coaching on Wednesdays at this stage due to work commitments. I would like to thank Steve on behalf the growing numbers of athletes who attended these sessions.
Thursday club training 5-6pm with Gary and Geoff. This session focuses on both track and field and cycles through the different events. We are very keen to support athletes to improve on events that they are competing in at the upcoming ACT championships.

Well done to the Ginninderra Athletes, including new members, who competed at Summer Series #9 last weekend. Results can be found here.

Calwell Playing Fields
Entries close next Tuesday at midday for the Underage Championships. The program and championship rules are also available at the link. Participating athletes will need their national ID when entering. This was sent when you first registered. Let me know if you can’t find this and I will get Capital Athletics to retrieve it for you.
