In the case of wet weather
We will always do our best to run a Saturday Morning Program unless the Sportsgrounds
are closed, or the ovals are not fit for purpose due to the weather, or could be damaged for
the remainder of the season due to the ground conditions.. We may need to run a modified program if the grounds are too slippery to allow hurdles or high jump to run safely, or if the sand pits are under water.
To confirm whether competition is on, check our Facebook Page. We will also send a club
email to inform members if a meet is cancelled. We endeavour to make the call by 7am on
Saturday morning unless the grounds are closed beforehand. We may be forced to cancel, suspend or abandon as even if there is a lightning storm.
