Dear Members and Families,
We have made the call based on the weather forecast to change the venue for the AGM and Presentation to Miles Franklin Primary School Hall. They have kindly donated the venue so we will not be providing a BBQ and drinks to limit the mess at the venue.
Time put back to 9.40 to allow a quick set up.
Important information: 9.40am– Ginninderra Athletics AGM followed by presentation.
Medals for all participatants, Special Tiny Tots Medals, Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group for Saturday Morning Competitions, Special Awards.
Venue: Miles Franklin Primary School Hall. Alderman Street Evatt.
Entertainment: Face Painting by Gecko Gang from 9.30am.
Barrell Draw with over $800 worth of prizes.
