Electrician Needed at the Club Shed
Our power is not working at the club shed. I have checked with our provider and our account is not in arrears. I checked the power box and the switches haven’t tripped. I’ll call Evo in the morning to see if there is an issue there. Is there an electrician in our club community who may be able to come out to the shed before the end of the week to potentially fix the issue? We expect to pay, we are just hoping to get the issue fixed before or on Saturday morning. Please reply to this email if you can assist. I am at the shed tomorrow at 4.45pm, and can also come out on Friday afternoon. I can come out at other times if needed.
Next club meet Saturday 8/3 at Charnwood
8.45am Tiny Tots, U6 to U9 and Junior Coaches
10am- U10 and up.
This week and next week we are calling on volunteers to assist with set up from 7.30am. There is no set rostered age group. We need assistance to ensure we are good to go on time. BBQ and Canteen assistance during the meet is also needed.
AGM and Presentation
Apologies for posting the wrong time two weeks ago. The AGM and presentation will be held at John Knight Park, Belconnen on Saturday 29 March from 9.30am.
Email ginninderraathletics.president@gmail.com if you want to nominate for a committee position or would like more information. The executive positions are president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The secretary position is vacant (this must be filled) but all positions will be spilled at the AGM. There are also general committee positions available and some general committee members have indicated that they won’t be continuing. Parents or members can nominate. Speak to Gary or Paul Imhoff if you have any questions.
Medals and trophies will be awarded at the presentation. There will also be lots of lucky door prizes for athletes in attendance. http://ginninderraathletics.com.au/end-of-season-awards/
